WT serviced two items in my home recently and both were repaired, quickly, correctly and within the time frame given. WT did such a good job fixing my oven initially that I requested his company and him specifically to come out to fix my washer. I was not disappointed either time and have found my new repair company.

I can say I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Lone Star's Technician Sean in all categories. I would not hesitate to have them come back on another service call, in fact I would definitely request him and wait, if need be, to have him service the call. This is my first experience with Lone Star and it will not be my last. I am beyond pleased with the service I received, both on the initial diagnostic visit and a short day or 2 later when the part came in and was installed. I rate this company based on the service provided so they get 5 stars plus. I do not hesitate to recommend them and especially Sean.

Johnny was excellent, I got a couple of notices/reminders of my appt. time including when he was on his way about 30 mins. before he was on time, he was very nice and very personable, he took his shoes off at the door without me asking (I have a little “shoes off plz” sign at my door ((clean floors are big deal to me!)) but some people seem to ignore & I still have to ask, & some have an attitude but not him) he got right on the job, found/figured out what was wrong pretty quickly (it wasn’t an obvious thing) and got it done...SO glad to have my dishwasher working correctly again...I would definitely recommend Lone Star Appliance Repair and their service tech Johnny.

Jason was wonderful. Showed up on time, was very professional and courteous. Very reasonable price! He also shared with us some good tips for keeping the fridge vent and coils clear and clean. He showed us how to clear a drain line which was our main problem since it was forming huge ice slab underneath the freezer drawer. We would highly recommend "Lone Star Appliance Repair" and Jason!!

Shawn explained the delays in shipping so I was pleasantly surprised when my part arrived much sooner than expected. Shawn was careful with my dishwasher and surrounding cabinetry while replacing the motor. He tested it and cleaned up any mess made from tipping the dishwasher over. Very pleased with the service.

Lone Star Appliance did a great job fixing our washing machine. They came out when they said they would. Shane knew exactly the problem, ordered the part, and returned when he said he would. Courteous and professional service at a fair price!

Serviceman Jayson was sent by our home warranty. He gave us notice when he was on the way, arrived on time, thoroughly evaluated the problem, and when he left our washer was working fine again. He'd had to move the dryer as well to assess the problem, and it is tricky the way the vent hose connects to the outside -- the hose came off, and he even returned to the house to fix that for us when we discovered it. We were very happy with the service.

I was having trouble with my stand up freezer. The warranty company referred LONESTAR APPLIANCE to come out and check it. They got it right! They were so professional, called when they said they would call, left me a message with a 3 hour window time for my appointment. Shane called me to let me know he was on the way and he arrived at the top of the time slot. Shane was the nicest, most thorough repairman I have dealt with from an appliance company ever. I hesitate when calling warranty companies because I dread the repairman that will show up to take advantage of the situation and try and tell me the repair is not covered or something like that. I am so please with the service I received today. Way to go Shane and LoneStar, you got it right!

I have used LONE STAR APPLIANCE several times over the last few years. I have lived in two different homes and I made sure that my Home Warranty had this great company on the list that I could use! But I would use them now even without my home warranty. Daniel has fixed my refrigerator, washer and my dishwasher! He has the best attitude!! His office staff are the very best and being nice goes a long way in my book!! Everything he has done has been professional and honest! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone’! Chris, from Lone Star Appliance Repair, fixed our Dryer! Yea! Hated being without it, even if it was just for 2 days. The appointment was well organized and they let me know when I was the next appointment, and that Chris would give me a call when he was on his way. Which he did. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He got right to work and cleaned up when he was done! A++ Thanks you Chris and Lone Star Appliance Repair!

In December 2019 I needed repair to my Samsung electric stove. I had a previous service call with another company and they replaced a switch for the light in the oven and replaced a breaker. This did not correct the problem. I did not use my oven for several months and when I tried to bake 3o Cranberry Nit Breads for our senior citizens my oven kept tripping the breaker and put my whole house in darkness. I tried to reset it and when it continued to trip the main breaker. I called for service with my warranty company and they sent me an ANGEL named Shane from Lone Star Appliance Repair in Willis Texas. Shane took the back off the stove and in less than 5 minutes after entering my house he knew the problem and ordered the power block (as he called it). He told me that I could have burned my house down if I had kept trying to bake or use the stove. I will always use Shane for all my appliance repair needs. Darlene who answers the phone at LOne Star is also wonderful and knowledgeable and so pleasant to talk to. THANK YOU, Shane and Darlene

The technician was very professional and courteous. Arrived on time, gave a call when he was 15 minutes away. Explained things as he was working on the dryer. When he was finished he demonstrated the dryer was now working as designed. Highly recommend this company.

As a real estate investor, I have used Lone Star Appliance Repair multiple times in the last couple of years. Their company is top-notch. I really appreciate the company's prompt, courteous and professional work ethic. I have only received great comments from my tenants who often meet with the Lone Star technicians, which makes my life easier. I highly recommend them. Problems are quickly diagnosed, repairs are made as soon as possible, oftentimes within the initial visit. Repairs are done correctly the first time, which makes my tenants happy, which makes me happy. They also do not try to "upsell " repairs. Again, Lone Star has earned my business by being an asset to my business.

I’ve been having issues with my oven not working right after having another appliance repair company Out of Conroe come out they obviously didn’t know what they were doing? Finally, I found Lonestar Appliance they were out the next day and repaired my oven the first time and the right way. The technician was on time and very friendly. I’ll definitely continue to use them. Great work guys.
